Our Team

  • Laura Geagea

Managing Director & Executive Producer, Asia + MENA

Lebanese-native Laura speaks more languages than people in a gym in January. Born in Nova Scotia and spending much of her childhood between Beirut and Halifax before moving to Asia, our polyvalent producer in different countries, languages and cultures is fluent in English, French, Arabic, Mandarin and Spanish. She’s worked all over Asia both as both a freelance producer and as Sweetshop Asia’s Executive Producer. We’re convinced she never sleeps and she's crammed more achievements into her 30 years young than most of us have in a lifetime, including opening Sweetshop's Shanghai office in 2017. In case you haven’t realized she loves to travel. And her name? It’s pronounced Laura JaaaJaaa. We just call her GG.
