NatWest have been thinking deeply about finance for a long time, often with confusing results. However, the compulsive ponderers seem to have finally cracked it with this winning ad, which depicts the seemingly endless run-up to moving house.
The highs and lows of house hunting are nicely detailed, from overenthusiastic estate agents to endless queues at a desirable property. We particularly like the less than appealing properties the family view, rejecting cupboard-like bedrooms and gardens beset by public transport until they find The One.
With just the right mix of comedy and relatable moments, this film ensures that potential homeowners will pay attention to the prospect of a paperless mortgage. Better for the environment… and for one’s sanity.
